The woven label is one of the garment accessories. It is also called the cloth mark or the woven mark. In another word, it is a garment label interwoven by a group of warp and a group of weft yarn on the machine.
Its normal materials are polyesters, cottons, silk yarns and etc.
It is mainly used in the apparel, textile and luggage industry, such as garment factory, underwear factory, shoe factory, cap factory, bag factory, umbrella factory, textile factory, leather factory, furnitures factory and so on. Moreover, the woven labels produced by our factory are of high quality. They are soft and do not hurt the skin.
Classification of woven labels:
- According to the edge effects, it can be divided into weaving edge labels, cutting edge labels (heat cut and ultrasonic cut) and locked edge labels.
- From the materials, it can be divided into plain woven labels, satin woven labels,cloth woven labels.
- According to the treatment on the back, there are woven labels with back paper and woven labels with glue.
